I'm writing something about this right now, but I think another level that people should be active on is starving the bureaucracy. We live in a system in which social pathologies and vast, nebulous problems are created, and then bureaucracies feed upon them. Starve the bureaucracy. Keep yourself healthy. Avoid psychotropic medications and pornography. Withdraw from public schools and private universities. Own property. And, as you've already written here, get politically engaged and enter your community as an informed citizen. Assertive, independent, healthy, connected people are the last things the blob wants, so that is what we should give it.

Captain Seth, I once wrote a letter in 1982 on my grandfather’s IBM Selectric typewriter to our newly elected governor, reminding him that we met once at a campaign event and now that he was elected, I wanted to join his team and help him with his work, somehow. My grandpa read it and said, “leave him alone, he’s busy and he doesn’t know who you are. If you want to do something helpful, run for office yourself.” After forty three years it just hit me: the old saying, “if it is to be, it is up to me” is still true, but today with majority rules and such, it’s better to say, “if it is to be, it is up to us.” Thank you for your inspirational words and motivational message, Seth. Now, I gotta go, time’s a wasting and I have an envelope with a new address to push: in Iowa, we seed our fields, we do not cede our rights.

Four years ago I was disgusted with the Republican Party and its leadership. I didn’t know anything about anything other than being convinced that the 2020 election was stolen in Arizona and the other five swing states. I found myself on Telegram desperately looking for answers. After following the election integrity crowd for a year or more, I accepted the challenge from Captain K to step up and volunteer to be a Precinct Committeeman. Believe it or not, it is the closest to the voters and most powerful position in government. All it takes is for every available PC position to be filled with Patriots. This wrestles away control from the RINO’s and establishment leadership. Sadly most LD’s are woefully short of PC’s.

In 2024 I served as a Judge of the opposing party at a local voting center for all three elections.

Today I am a PC, an AZ State Committeeman, the Vice President of the United Republicans of Arizona, and pending approval, I will be the District 4 appointee for Pima County to the Election Integrity Commission.

I remain very thankful to you for your push and leading by example. That is what a good leader does. I appreciate your friendship and dedication to duty in a way I know you understand.

Great post. A feeling of helplessness is the ultimate poison pill. The things that are close at hand are often the last to be seen. We get fixated on the big thing--which often are not there.

Inspired. I am reminded It is the act of having stepped up that seems to matter, not necessarily whether the candidate won. The people I have met and the connections I have made are what has made the difference. I found a niche and people know my skills and ask me to assist on local projects. And now, through a series of coincidences of meeting people, I am organizing an event with Seth and Rachel in Pennsylvania on July 12. All I wanted was to make more information available to the voting public. I started with compiling some data by hand from our county website and looking to see what the data shows me.
