Too far out, all theory at this point. White libs won’t like him for being too common sense and willing to criticize their own views. The establishment has a lot of control over their nomination process, too.
We only have about 14 months to fix our elections with legislation.
After that the midterm election cycle begins and Congress will grind to a halt, which may be hard to distinguish for anyone paying attention to Congress.
If that fix isn't robust enough, sure as the sun rises in the east, the Democrats will steal the House and the Senate.
And that will be the end of Trump's agenda & put our constitutional republic in great peril. These "people" HATE America.

That is a possible case - Oregon as well.
So can we appeal from there?
No decision made yet, but it would certainly go to SCOTUS if they rule for plaintiffs.
