If the first miracle required for a statewide GOP presidential win in New York is to win 37.3% of the vote overall in the five boroughs, the second is to blow out the remaining 57 counties not considered part of New York City (for purposes of this article, “Upstate”).

If Trump were to have received 37.3% of the fraudulent election’s total votes of 2020, he would have lost the five boroughs by 742,840 votes, meaning he would need to win Upstate New York by 742,841 votes, minimum to pull out a victory.

There is only one problem.  No matter how many times someone from New York says, “but Upstate New York is red!,” Republicans have not won the 57 non-NYC counties since 1988, when George H.W. Bush carried them by a margin of 409,377 votes.  Reagan had carried them four years earlier by 1,036,712 votes, easily obliterating the now-meager NYC Democrat margin of 491,558.  Bush lost NYC by 183,830 votes more than Reagan did, and because he lost substantial margins Upstate, lost the state overall by 266,011 votes.
