This piece was so entertaining and an excellent metaphor for the reality of the Uniparty and their showboating, I sent it to all the other 80s kids I know! Hope the Ephesians armor of God coin I gave you ended up in your coin display :)

An excellent analogy.

Another is a Harlem Globetrotters “game” vs the Washington Generals with the Dems as the Trotters and the establishment Reps the Generals. They all were in on the gag, the Trotters were going to win.

What a great analogy !!!.....pro wrestling and the Uniparty swamp. Very well stated. Ironically, it would be Jesse Ventura who would make this same analogy, in a way, during his victorious run to the Governor's Mansion in 1998. He convinced people that "career politicians" were the problem, and that the "meeedia," as he pronounced the word, wasn't doing anything to hold the crooks accountable. He lumped all politicians together as the enemy of the average person, and he was right. Would term limits fix everything pretty quickly ?? I think they might. I'm extreme on the subject.....I say ONE term, no matter the office. No such thing as an incumbent. Stagger the House elections like the Senate elections are staggered.......have half the House elected every year. What those clowns do isn't rocket science. Experience only corrupts them. I suspect the average time served by a House or Senate member was less in generations gone by than it has been in the last generation or two, and that might explain how we got into this mess. Career politicians.

And get rid of lobbyists and limit campaign funding to a set amount per candidate.

Thanks for the great article Seth. One of my personal great awakenings in the past few years was this uniparty concept. I knew something was wrong for many years but had no way to describe it, particularly since I thought there were actually good people running our government. I could not figure out how every policy thing was so cleanly split almost 50/50 on every issue and we could never quite seem to get wins on things like second amendment, abortion, etc.

I think the main difference between the uniparty kayfabe and wrestling's version is that, to my knowledge, only the uniparty kayfabe is being run by a pedophile satanic death cult.
