Seth, love your Substack, recently became a paid subscriber. I was an early member of New York Citizens Audit, so I am well aware of how important people like you are to election integrity.
Edit: Phillips said at the time Telegram (app) was compromised by China (implying that the CCP had access to all Telegram user accounts), accordding to findings by TTV when they were researching the electronic trails of voting data on the 2020 election day/night. This (CCP control) has been the main reason given to boycott TikTok, but I still see a lot of TikTok videos reposted on Twitter ad elsewhere. I haven't seen much further discussion of this.
