If Paxton were not doing his job FOR the people of Texas and FOR the Constitution, the RINOs would have left him alone, but now they have shown WHO they are - lackies for the Bushes and the deep state regime.

As usual... great article Seth. As a resident of Texas, I will hold accountable the leaders of this ruse... including the RINOs leading the charge.

I noticed Drew Springer voted against dismissal and against withholding evidence ( he’s my neighboring senator)..Sad to see. I emailed my Senator, Tan Parker, and so far he is voting the way I want...

Thank you for writing this. This impeachment echoes those levied against Trump and support the false narrative of support (among Texans) for this move. 53% of Texans voted for AG Paxton and I hope that truth, clarity and justice prevail and this fool's errand of a move gets trounced by Texans who stand up and call these Senators today.

Thank you. This all makes sense. Aren't we sick of the lawfare against the few strong elected officials who try to do their jobs with integrity?

Thank you for your service Seth. The World will remember you as the Captain that saved America from the globalists, Soros and his NGO's and Klaus Schwab's Great Reset. Every time I hear "6uild 6ack 6etter" - I want to hit the roof!! No, globalists, please stop BBB, and put my stuff back, the way you found it!! It was perfect before the WEF and WHO started interfering!

Thank you Seth, such enjoyable easy reading, informative & well put together. The III article restarted my weary Patriot heart. It outlined the strengthening shift of MAGA on previously stolen states. YES!!!!!

Well, you're down there and I am not, but if you believe the Dennis Montgomery p-cap evidence, and I do, Trump won TX very easily in 2020. I have a hard time thinking that fours years of Commie-Obama rule will move the state in the blue direction. What Trump needs to worry about is how many populist voters are starting to think that a vote for *any* D or R candidate is a vote for the Uniparty. Note the huge increase in "Independent" voter registrations in AZ. I may join them. Until Trump files a quo warranto suit to steal 2020 back, he's no better than the RINO's who refuse to admit that 2020 was stolen. If RFK decides to run as a 3rd party candidate, he will be 47, not Trump. People are tired of the 2-party/Uniparty scam, enshrined by the Electoral College. If there were no EC, it would be nearly impossible to steal a Presidential election, and we'd find out just how many right-leaning voters there are in NY, IL, and CA.......voters who don't even bother to vote because the EC disenfranchises them.

Thank you for your assessment of this Seth. As a NM 'refugee', soon to move to Texas, I have been following all this closely. I appreciate your thoughts on all things Texas.

Seth, it is so worthwhile to read your comments. My model of a excellent civil servant is Kash Patel. I know if you were in government, federal, state or local, you would be an excellent civil servant too.

Patriotic and very articulate and in it for the people. Thank you.

For the record...your strong suspicion is 100% accurate. Your description of Democrat Dade is also 100% accurate. Insightful writing as usual. The Grassroots can overcome some of the State's problems IF they can unite. It appears as if only Dems walk in lockstep.

Something I've wondered regarding SCOTUS's failure to take up the case, and Justice Thomas's dissent with that, correctly stating that because the Constitution gives SCOTUS original jurisdiction when one state sues another, Texas automatically had standing and SCOTUS had no authority to decline hearing the case.

It's my understanding that, in contract law, if there is no method for a party to the contract to resolve contractual disputes, then the party is no longer bound by the contract.

Wouldn't this therefore mean that SCOTUS, by refusing to hear the case, has invalidated the Constitution?

Marbury v Madison: judicial review lies with the scotus. So no, interpretation of the Constitution remains within their purview.
