I will absolutely vote Paxton over Cornyn even though I hate to see him leave! I hope the next AG is from the same pit bull breed as Paxton.

Texas GOP grassroots -- BEWARE!

I *hope* that the Texas Republican [machine] cannot implement the shady stuff happening now in S.C. GOP so as to block Ken Paxton from primarying out Cornyn. If there is any risk, Texas GOP grassroots must prepare, *thoroughly* and early.

In S.C., I personally attended as a delegate to the recent Charleston County Republican Party Convention.

S.C. GOP grassroots had a very strong turnout -- but, the elections for county offices and for state delegates were a pure pretend 'show', Fraught With In-Your-Face Fraud.

No votes were *counted* -- instead, they were *estimated*:

"Voters were allowed to vote by holding up green and red cards (instead of writing on hand-marked ballots), with the result decided by a subjective call from the meeting’s temporary president—an establishment ally.

When the vote seemed close, and attendees demanded a division of the house to verify it, they were shut down. No paper trail, no accountability."

Paxton will win.

But Cornyn will be declared the winner if we don't get the removal of wireless communication hardware, that is required by law by a September, 2026, dealine moved up to before the March 2026 primary. The primary is paid for by the GOP. They are the buyer. That have a right to demand the counties comply with the law before the primary.

Second, using Omega's software we need to get registrations with suspect addresses put on the "suspense" list in each county. That way mail in ballots cannot be mailed to them until they address the issue. That is doable verses "cleaning" the roles between now and the primary. Besides, the rolls will explode shortly before the primary. As usual.

At the 8:00 minute mark, did you mean to say Paxton will over take Ted Cruz? I thought John Fraud Cornyn name should of been there

My only concern is that Patxon's successor as AG is also one of ours. If not, we may lose more than we gain

With all the negative press--from Republicans and Democrats--it's about time that RINOs start being pushed out of office. The Republican rank and file have had very little say in who runs the party, which is why I have only voted for two Republican candidates in the last 50 years. I voted for Reagan twice, and in 2024 I voted for Trump, largely because the party pugs were and are opposed to him. The Bush dynasty has pretty much committed political self-immolation. W led the pack in instituting the spy state after 911, which also shed light on big poppa's career, mostly kept secret from us by the workings of the CIA in American politics. Trump's victory over the Left in both parties has spotlighted the horrors of the ruling class. When (if) he is able to root out the muck that is the Dept. of Education, hopefully, it will forever educate America and inoculate us against the disease it has introduced and exacerbated in our school systems.

Houston, we have a problem....

Texas has Open Primaries. I know MAGA candidates burned by this in Michigan.

In light of this, perhaps Trump should sit this one out rather than encourage more Democrats to the polls?

Seth, I can't believe you used the word "safe" when you are familiar with Texas politics!

Will Paxton be the overwhelming favorite among grassroots Texans? Absolutely!

But we don't have to beat Cornyn, we have to beat the state level RNC.

They have "6 ways from Sunday" to get the primary to go their way. Case in point, see governor primary in 2022 when they ran multiple candidates to dilute the NotAbbott vote enough to make his inflated vote count plausible. Even though West polled 45% among likely R Voters just the week before, he only received 11% of the vote. We can NOT assume anything with this race - Cornyn is Uniparty to the core.

No one should be surprised by anything regarding Allen West. The more folks see of West, the less there is to like. “Have opportunity, will travel” West seems to always be looking for his next (temporary) payday. West pissed off so much of the rank & file that his term as chairman of the RPT was thankfully very short.

(As an aside, the RPT needs a Steve Munisteri-type leader.)
