All the changes make it easier to cast and collect votes, even sending out "assistance teams" to collect absentee ballots.
Harris's actual father is an economist named Donald J. Harris. The NY Times ("All The News That's Fit to Print") recently ran a story about him. Apparently they can't stand each other and haven't spoken in decades despite residing only two miles apart.
Biden exhausted whatever goodwill that remained of the Obama coalition. That the coalition is much diminished in the age of Trump is confirmed by Harris having to resort to Hail Mary media appearances to try and resurrect it.

The Registrar was referring to absentee ballots. They know who the ballots are being sent to and where they live. And they should also know from the poll books who voted. So, it would appear that the information is there. So, to say it is not determinable in what precincts the absentee votes were cast raises credibility issues.
I'd like to find out what Keshel did. When I see a number I don't understand, I ask the preparer/responsible party first. Was it based on raw data, or was it based on estimations and/or formulas? That response would determine if we are on solid ground or not.
