Thanks Seth. I’m not going anywhere and we will live to fight another day. Thanks for the reminder of one of my fav verses. It keeps coming up again lately. Let us turn our faces to the only One who can truly save us. At least we aren’t being eaten by lions yet.

Not speaking for anyone but myself, but I think last night was a humbling. We got arrogant. Our leader, President Trump, got arrogant.

And it cost us. It cost us in ways we never thought would happen.

I'll be honest in that I'm not sure what will come. We had tough times under Biden, and times under Obama. So we're kinda used to the tough times. 2 years of stalemate seems about right, but the next 2 years are likely going to set up for what's going to happen in the next 20. So we'll just need to see what is done.

I'm wondering if there will be upheaval every two years. Two years is enough time to mess things up, but not enough time to make it noticeably better. Nurturing is a thing of the past. With the majority locked into the Amazon delivery mentality of same day delivery, I see tantrums happening every two years.

Good and very interesting point.

Good column. Many will blow this off, but the message is right. But also, we both are gonna have to seriously reevaluate methods of measuring political turnouts, as our reliance---so dead on in 2024-- on registrations was a crapper. However, so was any notion that money made a big difference. It didn't. But we are def in for a rough two years.

I wasn’t relying on registration analysis definitively, it was just one category to me. Especially if it pointed left. If a seat was held by a (R) candidate, I anticipated it could help bolster someone to hold. The registrations are more indicative for presidential trajectory - unless we are entering a world we have never seen.

DO NOT give up the fight. We need your intellect and insight in the battle more than ever. Your eternal perspective is the right one, despite the angry minions.

Good morning Captain.

Hope you’re doing well.

Clearly something happened yesterday.

It’s normal that a sitting President loses seats in the House and the Senate during the midterms.

But yesterday there were a couple of things that caught my attention:

1. On Fox News, Kevin Corke was pointing out something very interesting: in every single big city/county (Atlanta, Dallas, Detroit, etc.) the difference between candidates was 200,000/300,000 votes.

Is that normal in a Senator race during the midterms?

2. How was possibly that all the southern states had very competitive races? And places like NY, NJ, Massachusetts, Arizona, California, etc didn’t?

There's always fraud. The question is, is Trump gonna even try to do something about it. Answer, probably not.

Good questions.

I'm not giving up on you. As you and Rachel have pointed out, Abba, Reality as a Whole, Infinite and Eternal, has this. It's His Story, not ours, and definitely not that of the insane toddlers gloating over the fact that they've "successfully" lied, cheated, and stolen more of our wealth, power, and authority--all because they'd rather not be responsible for the consequences of their own choices and actions.

The next two months will likely be full of surprises as more of His Story is revealed to our wondering eyes.

Keep up your great work!

I'm in! I'm not bailing! Thanks for all you do, Seth. Take a minute to rest and mourn; collect yourself. Then let's all get busy doing what needs to be done.

Seth, I don’t think anyone could have predicted last night. I will still support you. Just need to hope and pray for the best.

"Of course, in this discussion we covered the way that the U.S electoral results yesterday are viewed in Europe and in the Kremlin. But the most important issue was how to understand Trump: specifically my insistence that he is achieving what no other U.S. president could hope to achieve if he had the same ambitions as Trump to pare back the U.S. global hegemony. After all he has just announced the cut-off of the $4 billion in annual military aid to Israel without being pilloried by the Israel lobby and its friends on Capitol Hill. After all, the end result of his war on Iran is precisely the withdrawal of U.S. forces from the Middle East now that Teheran has totally destroyed most of the U.S. bases in the region. Yes. Trump is being challenged on the ground by the CIA, in the Iran War, in his efforts to broker a peace in the Russia-Ukraine War. But I put my money on Trump: he is winning against all odds."

Hitching our wagon to Bibi was a HUGE mistake.

The next 24 months are going to be interesting.

I just read the last two chapters of "Unelected" by Jessica Pounds @DataRepublican. She recommended reading these to level set the current situation. I recommend this reading for everyone! Seth has the data, the knowledge, but she covers the way to sovereignty. If you're readying this substack, and you find your news other than the MSM and you're gathering with friends and neighbors outside of the norm, you are on the right path. The NGO Administrative complex is dying. Stay focused and brave.

The margins of loss makes no sense at all. Only voter fraud explains it. Too many incredible ridiculous vote totals. Nothing else makes any sense. I think the Dems walked into a fraud trap.

Thank you for this. We go on.

Great thoughts Captain! Keep your head up my friend! No one could predict this level of defeat yesterday. After 2020, I, spent years talking about the fraud and let it take precious time from those I cared about most.

Trust in God. He’s got this. His will is to be done.

You have an amazing wife with a huge heart for service. She’s gotta be one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met.

You have great analytical skills, sound mind, humble heart for the Lord and so much to offer a nation that will need you more than ever going forward.

You are my only paid subscription to anything media outside of YouTube tv. You are the only reason I’m on Substack.

You and Rachel are gonna land on your feet, do great things in service to the Lord and for others.

I can’t wait to watch y’alls rebound brother.

Give the unbelievable a few days to settle. It feels like we’ve all been hit with a Tyson uppercut and are just trying to stand back up in disbelief.

My prayers and best wishes for you and Rachel! 🙏🙏🙏

We, as a nation, will all get through this together and we will eventually get back to brighter days. For now, let’s stay strong in faith! Trust in Him!

Seth,

Thank you for your work. Obviously, there will be lessons that need to be learned when the results are finalized. I am very familiar with After Action reports from my Navy days and trust that you will do the same for yesterday. My initial thoughts are:

1) Democrats were highly charged up to vote and turned out in a big way Yesterday.

2) Republicans were less motivated to show up and a lot of the low proposition Trump voters did not vote or voted for the Democratic candidate.

3) Independent voters swung heavily against the GOP in every state. Donalds and Hinson were only able to hold on in Florida because the 1 million plus advantage in Registrations gave them enough election day voters to overcome the Democrats. Unfortunately, this was not true in most other states.

4) Candidate quality and complacency were also important. Who in Texas thought that Abbot running for a 4th term against a charismatic Latina candidate was a good idea? Ditto with Trump anointing Graham in SC.

5) Paxton, like Kari Lake before him, was made too toxic to win by the party Establishment. By all counts, he had over $200 million of negative advertising dumped on him this year. I don't think Santa Claus could survive a similar level of spending.

If you thought the crazies were bad now, they will only be more emboldened in the days ahead. I don't have your faith in our future after seeing every statewide seat in TX turn from red to blue overnight. I believe there was mass cheating or the Iranians/Russians hacked into our voting system for that massive a shift to happen in one election. Somebody is hacking into freezers in grocery stores all over Europe and causing the destruction of food. It happened on 6 US military bases as well. If they can do that, they surely can hack our election machines. If this is what praying for our country gets us, then no thanks.

Capt. Seth Keshel's avatar

I share plenty of your suspicions. The problem as we have learned from having very obvious proof in 2020 is to be able to prove it.

tim's avatar

The left is on the march across the western world. Have you seen what is happening in Poland? I'm sorry to say that I believe bullets are going to be the only way to save this country, and many others. I used to agree with the saying "Hope for the best, prepare for the worst". I no longer believe that. Now it's "Hope in one hand, crap in the other, see which gets full first". The worst just keeps happening. I'm preparing as we speak.

Skeeter's avatar

Can we just self reflect for a second? How did Florida with its secure elections almost elect Nixon (crazy) and jolly (grifter)? Is everything a conspiracy or could it be that people really are struggling?

Erick Dellagala's avatar

When I was watching the results in Florida I had a bad feeling that it was going to be a tough night.

The fact that Florida, the crown jewel for GOP/MAGA, was struggling and barely defeated Dems speaks volumes.

It was going to be a huge L even with all the measures to protect elections.

Skeeter's avatar

I didn’t think Donald’s was going to pull it off

tim's avatar

Where have you been? What news sources have been reading or watching? The left has been out there telling us and the public exactly what they were going to do to Trump, anyone in his administration, and his supporters. Look how many people voted for that. Supposedly. No reflection neccesary.

tim's avatar

My current girlfriend voted for Hillary in 2016 and cried when Trump won then. Yesterday she voted straight Republican because what the left has been doing and what these people have been saying in their own words SCARED her to death.

Skeeter's avatar

They only scare the people that are paying attention. I think 90% of Americans don’t pay attention.

Thank you for citing that verse from 2 Timothy, it is appropriate, and was a good reminder to me.
