At Fauci's age, a life prison sentence would not do justice because he would probably be killed in prison and hanging isn't good enough either. I don't think a proclamation of treason is required to obtain the desired effect. Those pardoned are already *required* to testify to the crimes they have committed. The SCOTUS in 1915 ruled that accepting a pardon was an admission of guilt. Courts require people with immunity to testify whether they might incriminate themselves or not... they are immune, so the fifth amendment does not apply. If they do not testify, they can be held in contempt (jail and/or fines).
So, the solution is pretty simple. Put all of the people who were pardoned on the witness stand. Have them testify against their colleagues who were not given a blanket pardon. Either those pardoned send their colleagues to jail or perjure themselves (a new crime which can be prosecuted) or are held in contempt. If they throw their friends under the bus, it will be hard for them to hold on to jobs, get invited places, etc. I am guessing some of their friends might divulge things done outside the blanket of the pardon. Fauci in particular has a long history of crimes against humanity.
Amen. We all have important work to do in spreading awareness about what the law actually says and what the President's options are. Your simple solution here is an excellent framing of that message. It deserves much broadcast and amplification.
Personally, I've been too deep down the Operation Warp Speed rabbit hole over the past few years, and I don't expect Trump or his administration to do any of this. I expect some bluster and noise and then "hey look over here" at some flimsy quick-fix band-aids and then "move along folks, nothing to see". The big question in my mind is whether we the People will let him get away with that. If we do, then we will collectively deserve the next stages in the plan that's been long prepared for us.

I thought that Presidential pardons cannot cover state crimes. Couldn't Texas or some other freedom loving state try him for killing countless Texans, or try him for fraud? Texas has a lot of fraud lawsuits pending against Pfizer, as does my own state, Kansas.
