Truth spoken, thank you. We are all experiencing all the stages of grief and anger is only one of them. Being a female, the anger did not last as long, but the emotional trauma lingers and tears flow often. May God strengthen us all for whatever is coming, may we all stand strong for Him and profess Him as Lord and Savior at every opportunity.
Seth, I have followed you for years and have appreciate your contributions to the larger movement. Charlie was persuasive with and revered by the slightly younger college crowd. His impact has been world changing. He was not perfect. His faith was his most remarkable attribute. I know you are a man of faith. This is what matters at the end of the day. None of us are perfect. My heart breaks but God will use this for good. Even if we never find out everything that happened that day. God wins. Charlie is with our saviour.
I, too, have had reservations about Turning Point at one time or another. My words and thoughts are not heard on the wider platform that you have now. I had listened quite a bit to Charlie but not as I listened this week. I have felt the impact of truly seeing the huge influence that Charlie had through his words, his magnificant ongoing attempts to create dialogue with anyone willing to speak to him. Perhaps this is a tiny piece of what God intended through the mission He gave Charlie. I know that I have renewed my faith and my own intentions to create dialogue and to find common ground even while holding fast to what I know of God's will and character. And specifically to remember that we can hold varying opinions on the things of this world and this doesn't need to keep us from working together in the greater good.
Many of us that follow Seth were not in Charlie’s target audience. But, I’ve learned more about Turning Point in the last few days that has won me over.
Seth, I was (and still am somewhat) exactly where you were a few days ago. I don't think I have ever been so angry at the vile evil Left in this country and around the world as I was on Thursday last week. I cranked out a substack post full of anger and loathing and then, thankfully didn't post it. Watching those demented creatures like the young woman at Texas Tech, or the so-called "entertainer" in Amsterdam and their addled actions was almost unbearable. Fortunately, many of those who cheered, danced in demon-possessed gyrations, or thrashed through a memorial got maybe a bit more than they bargained for. I am absolutely glad they did and there are still more who reap the whirlwind they didn't think would come. Now, however, comes the question: What to do next to destroy their plans for destroying America? We got an inkling from the President, Vice President, and Director Patel. Let's hope, pray, and support whatever it is, as it is surely not the reaction the Left had in mind.
I agree that President needs to go after the violent leftist groups as terrorist entities. But we also need to figure out how to deprogram millions of people who've been brainwashed into the "progressive" cult, because in the end, that is what it is.
Transparency is keenly felt when it comes from the heart; it isn't a business or political acumen. I throughly enjoy and reflect on your posts. Your input has made several of my personal decisions much easier. Thank you
You have to remember I am a military officer veteran. Remember how Peter was. I still don’t feel snuggly and gentle and I don’t think I’m going to anytime soon. I really don’t even disagree with any of my conclusions. But I do know that they were expressed with a great deal of animosity and it is a well of poison that burns within.
Our impression of “Christlike” is most often wrong. Just as we never “know the balance of our time” left. I love your focus of “Faith and Courage”, as that is what we all need.
You’re just fine, Seth. Keep on keeping on.
Well said. This is just the beginning.

Your transparency gives me courage to address some of my own issues with which I am dealing. Thank you Seth!
Then it was worth it. Praying for the best Janis.
The anger is understandable, and vigilance is the watch word. What matters is where we go from here.

Like I said - I don’t retract my conclusions. I just knew I had to cool it or it would poison me. Thanks for sharing this with me Jim.

thank you for writing this. I was concerned for you after your articles of the past few days. Too hot, not as Christ like as I would have hoped. :)

They may have silenced Charlie, but they did not silence Charlie's voice! We must pick up the torch and stand in the gap!!!
